Round Robin Calculator

Add any number of legs and a per-parlay stake. The calculator computes every round robin size (2-team, 3-team, …) and shows total cost, max payout if all hit, and the partial-payout breakdown if some legs lose.

Round Robin Breakdown

How a Round Robin Works

A round robin breaks a multi-leg slip into all combinations of smaller parlays. Pick 4 teams and run a round robin "by 2s" and you get 6 separate 2-team parlays (one for every pair). "By 3s" gives you 4 three-team parlays, and "by 4s" gives you the single full 4-team parlay.

The appeal: a round robin survives a leg losing. If one of your 4 picks loses but the other three win, a "by 3" round robin still pays one full 3-team parlay (the one without the losing leg). A flat 4-team parlay loses entirely.

The Catch

Round robins multiply total stake. Four teams "by 2s" costs 6 × your per-parlay stake. The breakeven hit rate goes up accordingly. Since every parlay still carries compounded vig (typically 4–5% per leg), a round robin doesn't escape the parlay tax — it just spreads the risk.

Sharp bettors generally prefer straight bets when each leg has independent +EV. A round robin is most defensible when the legs are correlated and the book doesn't price the correlation correctly, or when partial-loss protection is worth the higher total stake. See our Parlay Calculator for single-parlay payout math.
