Reading the trends
Season vs 2 weeks ago compares each team's season-to-date rank now with its rank two weeks earlier. Last 20 vs season compares a team's last 20 games with its full season, once it has played 25 games. Ranks are among the 32 teams, where 1st is the best (for goals or expected goals against, allowing the least).
The small line beside each team is its rank after every week of the season: higher on the line is better. Every point on it only uses games played by then.
Streaks list current runs of three games or more: wins, games with a point, losses in regulation, and games in a row with more or fewer than half of the 5-on-5 expected goals.
Windows. Season and Last 20 comparisons are free. Last 10 and Last 5 against the season are part of Analytics, and every higher plan includes them.
