About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of gridironandwine.com, our emails, and our paid plans (together, the "Service"). Gridiron & Wine is operated by Jessica Gridiron LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Information and entertainment, not advice

Gridiron & Wine publishes sports analytics, ratings, market data and opinions about sporting events. Everything we publish, including official plays, the free daily play, model lines and AI Pro answers, is for information and entertainment purposes only.

  • No guarantee of results. Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, including our published record, does not guarantee future results. You can lose money betting on sports.
  • Not financial, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and for any money you wager.
  • We are not a sportsbook. We do not accept, place or settle wagers, and we do not hold your money for betting.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. Sports betting is legal only in certain states and countries, and the rules differ by location. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live and where you bet. Do not use the Service where doing so would be illegal.

If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

Accounts

  • Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address current, since that is where plays and account notices go.
  • Your account is for you only. Keep your login details private and tell us right away at info@gridironandwine.com if you think someone else has used your account.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans and prices. Our paid plans (Analytics, Official Plays and AI Pro) and their billing terms, from one week to one year, are listed on the Pricing page. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that term.
  • Payments. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Automatic renewal. Every paid plan is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing term, for the same term length, and is charged to your payment method on file until you cancel.
  • Cancel anytime. Log in, open the Pricing page and choose Manage or cancel subscription in the Your Subscription panel. That opens Stripe’s secure customer portal, where you can cancel in a few clicks. You keep access until the end of the term you have already paid for. There are no cancellation fees.
  • Price changes. If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features may stop until the payment is resolved.

Refunds and the Losing Term Guarantee

Refunds. As stated in our FAQ: “We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you’re unsatisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable as cash.” To ask for a refund, email info@gridironandwine.com from the address on your account.

The Losing Term Guarantee. If we have a losing term, your next term is free. As published on our Pricing page:

Every official play is published on the Results page as it is graded. If the official plays record finishes a calendar term down in units, your next term is free. Measured on the official plays record for the calendar term, in units, exactly as published on the Results page — the same figure you can check yourself. The free term is applied automatically to every subscription active at the end of a losing term and covers the next billing cycle at your current tier; there is no form to fill in and nothing to email. One free term per losing term. A term that finishes flat or positive does not trigger it. The guarantee is available on one-month terms and longer; one-week and two-week terms are not eligible.

The guarantee is a free term of service, not a cash refund, and it does not cover any money you wager.

Acceptable use

Paid plays, emails, model lines and other members-only content are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, forward, post or publish paid picks, plays, emails, writeups or other members-only content, in whole or in part, including in group chats, Discord or Telegram channels, social media or other picks services;
  • share your account or login with anyone else;
  • scrape, copy or harvest the site or its data with bots or other automated tools, or get around paywalls, rate limits or security features;
  • use the Service to break any law, or interfere with the Service or other people’s use of it.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account without a refund.

Our content

The site, our emails, ratings, data tables, writeups, logos and design belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may link to our public pages and quote short excerpts with credit to Gridiron & Wine. Team names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify teams.

Third-party sites and odds

We link to and show information from third parties, including sportsbooks, prediction markets, scores and odds providers. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or terms. Lines and odds change quickly and may differ from what you see at your book. Always check the current price before you bet.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the Service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted or error-free, or that any play or projection will win.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any betting losses or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and termination

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be waived.
